Terrible app, crashes constantly, makes recieving messages from the school a nightmare, takes about 8 attempts to read the newsletter. It's infuriating to use, just glad only this year left to use it, hopefully the next school will use a different app. Sigh.
The notifications donenwork as when you follow them into the app you always get an error message
My child is missing out on school opportunities as this facility only sends some forms to us. The school get a message saying weve been sent a paper copy but we didnt. My child isnt been offered equal opportunity because of this program the school have signed up for.
Have been unable to top my child's dinner money up for about 1 week, constant error messages. We don't need feedback to say its another providers fault, we just need it fixing.
App has stopped processing my card payments, saying payment failed each time since the new format of inputting further personal details!! Did you not test the payments process after making the changes???! And please sort out the overall design and interactivity. This app is not intuitive nor of great standard! Incompetent developers!
Unable to make any payments via parentmail, it worked fine until recently, very frustrating
Useless. No longer accepts payments since the "user experence" was allegedly improved. Son cannot eat tomorrow. At least the company are documenting how little they care by replying that they take no responsibility whatsoever....its all the fault of their payment provider.., who they ofcourse select! At least when schools see these reviews this provider will eventually go out of business. I urge anyone suffering with this app to contact their school and if need be trading standards.
I couldn’t download ParentMail app on App Store need a help please.
Can't sign in school has tried a numerous of times to do it for me and still says email doesn't exist.
