At least the company are documenting how little they care by replying that they take no responsibility whatsoever....its all the fault of their payment provider.., who they ofcourse select! At least when schools see these reviews this provider will eventually go out of business. I urge anyone suffering with this app to contact their school and if need be trading standards."
